Super Abs and Bums class is all about nursing the abdominal muscles back together safely and effectively!! The abdominal wall is VERY complex, sit ups WILL NOT flatten your abdominals, during pregnancy the external abdominal muscles separate. Its a lovely little class, very chilled out! Bring your little one along!
Buggy Bootcamp class will get all those important muscles working again, it's all about toning, and most importantly strengthening up areas of the body that have been weakened during pregnancy in the safest way possible. It’s a really up beat class, full of giggles while you get a sweat on in the great outdoors.
