Vikki is a Birthlight and British Wheel of
Yoga teacher with a wealth of experience
in preparing mums-to-be to have happy,
healthy pregnancies and births.
Her Pregnancy Yoga classes are caring,
relaxed and nurturing offering a safe and
gentle way of maintaining or gaining
fitness while reducing anxiety with
breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classes from 14 weeks until birth.
Vikki’s Postnatal Yoga courses gently help
to regain core strength by restoring tone
to the deeper muscles of the pelvis and
lower back, with babies welcome
to come along to classes.
